Oregon is looking to build the best offensive line class in the 2026 cycle, and it's off to a great start with 5-star Kodi Greene firmly committed. The Ducks have been pushing to add another elite tackle to pair with Greene, but the interior offensive line remains a key area of focus with no commitments yet. As Oregon looks to continue building depth on the offensive line, a top target has now scheduled a return visit to Eugene.
Elite 2026 offensive lineman Tommy Tofi will take his official visit to Oregon from June 6th-8th, he tells me. Tofi, who plays both guard and tackle, is being recruited by Oregon to anchor the interior offensive line. The 6'6, 320-pounder from Archbishop Riordan High School in San Francisco, California, is one of the most sought after linemen in the 2026 class and has the versatility to make an impact wherever he lines up.
Oregon is currently setting the pace in Tofi’s recruitment, but Ohio State, Cal, USC, Tennessee, and UCLA are all fighting for his commitment. With the momentum USC has been building on the recruiting trail, the Trojans could emerge as a dark horse contender, but for now, the Ducks remain in a strong position. Oregon is also heavily involved with 4-star Grant Wise and 3-star Jax Tanner, two other interior linemen, and the Ducks have a real shot at landing all three prospects.
Tofi is a consensus 4-star recruit across all major recruiting services. His highest ranking comes from 247Sports, where he is No. 94 nationally. He also checks in at No. 112 on ESPN, No. 188 on Rivals, and is a 4-star on On3. If Oregon lands Tofi, they would lock in the two top offensive linemen from California, with Greene already committed.
According to his 247Sports scouting report, "Tofi is a massive kid, who has drawn some Penei Sewell comparisons because of the similar frame at same stage and playing style. Plays guard and tackle at the HS level but projects more as an interior lineman at the next level. Really strong at point of attack, overwhelms opposing defenders with his size and raw power. Moves well in the box, has quick feet and good lateral mobility for a player his size. Will be a four-year basketball player and is throwing shot and discus this year as well. Powerful run blocker who can consistently drive his man down the field or put him on his back. Has a nice mean streak to him as well and has all the physical tools to be a dominant player early in his college career. Would love to see him lean out a bit and it would only help his quickness and mobility but he’s talented enough to play for any Power 4 program."
