Oregon is always big fish hunting and sometimes it pays off, sometimes it doesn't. Here is the latest on some of the 2025 and 2026 5-Stars Oregon is in on. All of these rankings are via 247Sports composite.

Jackson Cantwell, OT, NATL: #2 (2026)

The feeling early on is that Oregon and LSU are in front with Missouri right behind. He's from Missouri so the tigers are right in his backyard but Oregon and LSU have done the best job so far.

Chris Henry Jr, WR, NATL: #1 (2026)

The Ohio State commit has already visited Oregon multiple times and he was very impressed. He still seems solid with his pledge to the buckeyes but Oregon will continue to battle. Oregon's pipeline in Mater Dei has been getting stronger recently so that will help the ducks down the road.

Blaine Bradford, S, NATL: #16 (2026)

Bradford released a top 5 of Oregon, LSU, Ohio State, Notre Dame, and Alabama. The feeling right now is that LSU is going to be tough to beat. LSU rarely lets top talent leave their state. Oregon is still pushing obviously, but LSU is the early frontrunner.

Brandon Arrington, ATH, NATL: #22 (2026)

Arrington is from California but recently I haven't heard too much about him. I'm not sure who leads but I doubt it's Oregon. I don't think he's been on campus yet so that's the first step.

Jahkeem Stewart, DL, NATL: #3 (2026)

There were rumors he would reclassify to 2025 but it's looking like that won't happen. Oregon, USC, Ohio State, and LSU are the top four right now and I don't know if any team has the edge right now. If I had to pick someone it would be USC right now. He plans to visit for the Oregon Ohio State game. I

Immanuel Iheanacho, OT, NATL: #4 (2026)

Oregon really hit it off with him on his recent visit to SNL. I think Oregon is in a good spot here but there is still tons of time left.

Brock Harris, TE, NATL: #24 (2026)

Harris was also at SNL. A lot of people were talking about how Kendre Harrison looked awesome, but Harris arguably had a better day. Oregon has been the frontrunner here for a little while now. Georgia is probably Oregon's biggest competition.

Kendre Harrison, TE, NATL: #8 (2026)

Harrison is another guy that was at SNL. He is a matchup nightmare with his size. He dropped a top 6 of Oregon, Penn State, Miami, FSU, Tennessee, and North Carolina. I'm not sure who leads but Oregon is at least in his top 3 right now.

Ryder Lyons, QB, NATL: #11 (2026)

Oregon already secured a commitment from 2026 QB Jonas Williams but I wouldn't be surprised if they try and land a second QB. Especially Lyons because he is likely going to take a two year mission. USC has the edge over Oregon right now.

Elbert Hill, CB, NATL: #17 (2026)

Hill was considered an Ohio State lean for a long time but after his visit for SNL, Oregon is right there with them. Still a little ways to go but Oregon and Ohio State seem to be his top 2 right now.

Zion Elee, EDGE, NATL: #19 (2026)

Elee was yet another prospect in Eugene for SNL. Coming out of his visit, Oregon put themselves in a great spot with him. He has a top 5 of Oregon, Alabama, Ohio State, Penn State, and Georgia. Oregon is no worse than second right now.

Michael Terry, ATH, NATL: #32

Oregon, Texas, and Nebraska continue to be his top three. There has been some talk Texas has the edge but I'm not buying it. I think Oregon has sneaky good position right now. However, it's looking more likely he takes his commitment into the season.

Jonah Williams, S, NATL: #10

Oregon had the momentum at one point but recently the feeling is that Texas is the frontrunner with LSU a close second. Don't totally count Oregon out though, this one is going to come down to the wire.
